AMERICAN AIRLINES SUES YAHOO OVER SEARCH TERMS

American Airlines is suing Yahoo Inc. for trademark infringement

The airline complains that when computer users enter American's trademark terms such as "AAdvantage", the name of its frequent-flier program, in a search they can be directed to competitors who pay Yahoo for the traffic.

American filed its lawsuit last week in U.S. District court in Fort Worth for unspecified damages, legal costs and money to run a "corrective" advertising campaign.

Kelley Benander of Yahoo said, "We have confidence in our trademark policies and are prepared to defend them in court."

Tim Smith, a spokesman for American, said Tuesday that the airline is suing Yahoo to protect its intellectual property and prevent confusion among consumers.

SHUT DOWN UR PC using run command

U can turn off ur pc automatically using no software but by RUN command..
All u need to open the RUN command from start menu.
>There in run command u have to type at 10:45 shutdown -s to shut down your PC..
and if u want to shut down ur PC at 11:00pm then type at 23:00 shutdown -s.
>To disable it run the RUN command again and type shutdown -a .

UNLOCK UR CAR WITH CELL PHONE

Good news for those who always forget to lock their car doors. Now u can lock , unlock or even start ur car without keys( ignition key) with ur cell phone.
This new technology is built by Sharp Corp of japan. The phone, built by Sharp Corp., uses a technology previously developed by Nissan Motor Co. called "Intelligent Key" that allows drivers enter and start their cars without removing their keys from their pockets .

Cars equipped with the system sense when the correct key is nearby, automatically unlocking their car doors, and allow the engine to be started once the key is brought inside the car. Nissan said it.
This technology is loaded in a phone. The service will work on the mobile network operated by NTT DoCoMo Inc., Japan's largest mobile operator.
