DELL LAUNCHES SMALLEST PC
Dell has launched Optiplex 780 USFF , which is the smallest system to use primarily desktop components. The computer is 9.4 by 9.4 inches and only uses a 2.5-inch hard drive, and uses desktop processors up to a 3.33GHz Core 2 Duo, according to electronista.
The OptiPlex 780 comes as a minitower, a desktop, a small form factor and an USFF(ultra small form factor). There is a range of features for you to choose from, with Dell lining up hard drive, memory and connectivity options. The system has been enabled to support two displays. wirelessconnectivity

Besides the newer design, the Optiplex 380 has been given a low-profile update that adds a new chipset with support for more processors up to the Core 2 Quad. A base configuration starts at $624 and comes with a 2.2GHz Celeron, 1GB of DDR3 RAM, a 160GB hard drive while it runs Windows 7 and Intel GMA 4500 video but also three years of on-site help. Actual pricing remains the same at the existing $329 to $349 range depending on the choice of a desktop, mini tower or small form factor box.
